Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions using agile methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-readiness across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight methodology (e.g., CFCS, SFP)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
