- Create ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Partner with NASA and MIT on interplanetary communication protocols
- Advocate for universal basic income implementation through blockchain
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent 10+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI alignment or biocomputing
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy systems
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
