Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead ideation sprints for 2026 product launches using speculative design methodologies
- Partner with policy experts to shape ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present future-vision keynotes at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio across emerging verticals
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
- Author white papers on singularity-preparedness strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts for C-suite audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ commercialized futuristic innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Deep familiarity with ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech governance
