- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to incubate experimental projects in our innovation lab
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal implications of 2026 tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$50M market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Published research on AI ethics or human-machine symbiosis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Certification in Futures Studies (preferred)
