Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Anticipate global tech disruptions through horizon scanning
- Design human-centric tech adoption frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Present strategic briefings to boards of directors and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical guardrails for exponential technology deployment
- Mentor next-gen futurists in our Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with exponential technology focus
- PhD or Master's in Future Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures
- Experience with quantum computing and synthetic biology ecosystems
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFS) from APF
- Portfolio of implemented 5+ year tech transformation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
