Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology and market strategy roadmap through rigorous scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional task forces to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into core business operations
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers to capture disruptive innovation
- Design and implement a corporate foresight framework to anticipate global market shifts and regulatory changes
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing product development pipelines
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities with tools like Delphi method or Horizon Scanning
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards across global markets
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or strategy journals
- Fluency in futures methodologies (PESTEL, STEEP, SWOT-2026)
