- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state capabilities
- Produce actionable foresight reports with measurable strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies against market timelines
- Advise executive team on future-proofing investments and talent strategies
- Curate external innovation ecosystems and thought leadership partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic pivots
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
