Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant business models and decentralized governance systems
- Conduct annual horizon scanning across biotechnology, AI alignment, and climate engineering sectors
- Author white papers on ethical implications of neuro-interfaces and synthetic biology adoption
- Design resilience protocols for global supply chains under climate volatility and geopolitical disruption
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation Forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 100 clients
- Published work in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in Monte Carlo simulations, agent-based modeling, and causal inference
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety, and carbon capture technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Advanced Scenario Planning from Singularity University
