Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design strategic frameworks for AI ethics, quantum adoption, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals and policy forums
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify and evaluate next-gen startups
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or WFS)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Published work in futurism or technology innovation (portfolio required)
