Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Translate foresight insights into executable roadmaps aligned with board-level objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports published in industry journals
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech publications
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
