- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track emerging tech adoption curves
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant discipline
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruptions (e.g., blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
