Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic forecasts for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for leadership teams
- Produce trend analysis reports on AI ethics, biotech, and climate tech
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptor signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on emerging technology trends
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method)
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
