- Produce quarterly intelligence reports with data-driven future forecasts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and subject matter experts
- Advise on R&D allocation and innovation pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with complex data visualization experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
