Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce scenario-based models and risk assessments for technological disruptions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future-state roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
