- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable plans
- Build predictive models using advanced analytics and scenario planning tools
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-viability of innovation pipelines
- Present executive-level briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' 2026+ strategic vision and innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
