Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in high-growth sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes, digital reports)
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Quantify disruption risks and opportunities using predictive modeling tools
- Mentor junior futurists and drive continuous improvement in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, systems modeling)
