As a key member of our C-Suite Strategy team, you'll leverage predictive analytics, emerging tech trends, and cross-industry foresight to develop multi-year strategic frameworks. You'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, biotech pioneers, and AI ethicists to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 market transformation
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future business landscapes
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for strategic initiatives with 2026 milestones
- Publish quarterly futurist reports influencing R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for future-tech incubation
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record in long-term horizon planning (3-10 year roadmaps)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight certification
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio of published strategic foresight work
