Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework encompassing AI, biotech, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design and implement agile innovation processes for rapid prototyping of future solutions
- Present futuristic strategic visions to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities with track record of accuracy
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation strategies
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and societal megatrends
