Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-era products and services
- Author thought leadership content positioning our brand as the future authority
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market readiness for paradigm-shifting technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing future-strategy projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
