- Produce high-impact reports on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at premier conferences as a thought leader
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in the 2026 horizon
- Design and implement innovation sprints for future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or thought leadership
