- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing enterprise operations and customer experiences
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented innovation priorities
- Author whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of trend analysis for 2025+ scenarios in tech, climate, or social domains
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning software)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience working with C-suite executives on strategic transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., books, journals)
