- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling future narratives to executive teams and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database and trend intelligence system
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership pieces on industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and system dynamics
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
