Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend synthesis
- Develop quantum-resistant UX frameworks for next-gen interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary labs on human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Produce forward-looking policy briefs for regulatory bodies
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Curate annual Future State symposia with industry thought leaders
- Mentor Innovation Fellows in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, tech innovation, or futurism
- Published work on exponential technology impacts (peer-reviewed preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning with 5+ large-scale implementations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible future-state prototypes
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
