- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen products aligned with 2020s societal shifts
- Present foresight reports to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Develop scenario-planning models for global sustainability and ethical AI deployment
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research or proven track record predicting market shifts (2018-2023)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systemic impact modeling
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and climate-tech acceleration frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 3+ continents
