Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal shifts pre-2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech into business ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate foresight into 5-10 year innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on future-proofing organizations against disruptive forces
- Orchestrate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Monitor global signals from policy, academia, and startups to anticipate inflection points
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or emerging technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or deployed future-proofing frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning software)
- Track record advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Exceptional storytelling ability to complex futures for diverse audiences
