Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Publish thought leadership reports and present at industry conferences
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend extrapolation
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation roadmaps
