- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Identify and build partnerships with emerging startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Champion future-readiness initiatives across product development, marketing, and operations
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year trend forecasting implementations
