- Produce quarterly '2026 Vision Briefs' for executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation prototypes
- Represent company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future literacy methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling skills
