Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology verticals
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological uncertainties
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on technological disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or patented innovations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
