Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology planning
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy (portfolio of published works)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
