Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging trends across biotech, AI, climate tech, and space exploration (2026-2030 horizon)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizations navigating the 2026 technological landscape
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Author white papers and thought leadership on societal transformation in the 2020s
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Advocate for sustainable development goals in technological implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futures research or thought leadership pieces
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Passion for ethical technology and human-centered design principles
