Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market disruptions using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Lead executive workshops with Fortune 500 clients to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports and thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Architect innovation pipelines for clients targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Advise C-suite on long-term strategy implications of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (e.g., HBR, MIT SMR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ multi-year foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP) preferred
