- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and competitive advantage strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field with 5+ years of foresight experience
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and innovation strategy implementation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
