Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026's global landscape
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating breakthrough innovations (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Partner with R&D to align long-term vision with product development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
