Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead horizon scanning for AI, biotech, and climate tech breakthroughs
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategy with long-term vision
- Present futures scenarios to executive board and investors
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academia and industry
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech trends
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D portfolio for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences
- MSc/MBA in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
