Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Analyze global market shifts to identify first-mover advantages in nascent industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof product architectures
- Build predictive models for regulatory and geopolitical impacts on innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record in forecasting disruptive technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in future studies journals or industry publications
- Experience with regulatory foresight in emerging tech sectors
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
