Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, policy shifts, and socio-economic indicators to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product development with future market needs
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and responsible innovation
- Identify white-space opportunities for disruptive product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts (e.g., blockchain, generative AI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or custom tools)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
