- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Advise executive team on disruption risks and opportunities across 15+ industry verticals
- Author white papers on 'Post-2026 Digital Governance' for global policy forums
- Build strategic partnerships with frontier research labs (MIT Media Lab, CERN, etc.)
- Mentor 'Future Architects' in our innovation incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on exponential technology disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's Two Degrees, Delphi 3.0)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofed initiatives with >$50M impact
