Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports identifying disruptive technologies and their commercial implications
- Design and validate scenario-planning models for clients in healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture emerging research
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
