Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, economic, and social trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author thought leadership publications and present strategic insights to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing applications, or bio-innovation
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technological and societal signals
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurism or innovation platforms
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental virtual teams and diverse stakeholder ecosystems
- Mastery of strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
