Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future market opportunities and disruptive threats
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models predicting industry shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Produce executive-level reports translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services with 3-5 year runway
- Establish KPIs to track emerging technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior strategists in future intelligence methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with demonstrated futurist deliverables
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Methodology)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business plans
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate future visions across organizational levels
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 major foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) highly desirable
