Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 business ecosystems

- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies
- Build and maintain proprietary trend databases using AI-powered analytics tools
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, climate tech, and biotechnology convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences across multiple industries
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategy implementations
