Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging innovations (quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech) into enterprise roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership positioning Innovatech as a 2026 thought leader
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Experience with Delphi methods, SWOT analysis for future contexts
