Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic roadmaps with measurable innovation milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, climate tech, etc.)
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and ROI tracking
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for board review
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptors
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) required
