Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Produce executive-level reports on disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Advise leadership board on emerging risks and strategic pivots
- Design and manage the Innovation Pipeline for 2026+ initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Published research in futurism or technology forecasting
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
