Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps and strategic forecasts using quantitative analysis and qualitative research
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for enterprise clients
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and disruptive forces affecting our industry
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies and foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic plans with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills using tools like System Dynamics
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
