- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits as a futurism thought leader
- Build and mentor a global network of 200+ futurist researchers
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on exponential technology forecasting
- Proficiency in causal AI tools (e.g., PyMC3, TensorFlow Probability)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing applications in predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 95%+ accuracy in technology trend predictions (2018-2023)
- Fluency in 3+ languages with cross-cultural negotiation expertise
