Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizations against disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advise on innovation investments and R&D prioritization
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, reports)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
