Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and societal trends to identify high-impact opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on technology convergence and market disruption
- Design predictive models for industry transformation and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (portfolio required)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-V, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic planning frameworks (scenario planning, system dynamics)
