Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum/AI integration
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-state business models
- Produce executive briefings on emerging tech regulatory landscapes
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify 2026-relevant startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong background in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
